Welcome to Ivory Lane Gifting. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing from us.

1. About Us

Ivory Lane Gifting ("we", "our", "us") provides premium gifting solutions including gift hampers, corporate gifting, settlement gifting, branded gifts, event gifting, and custom gift boxes throughout Australia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.
  • Substitute products where necessary due to stock availability.

If a product is unavailable, we will endeavour to replace it with a product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and presentation of the gift.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

We accept payment via approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

All corporate, custom, branded, and bulk orders require full payment prior to production, assembly, or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Custom & Personalised Orders

Customised, branded, personalised, and made-to-order gifts are created specifically for each customer.

Once production has commenced:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders cannot be refunded for change of mind.
  • Changes may not be possible depending on production timelines.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, branding, logos, artwork, delivery details, and personal messages are accurate at the time of approval.

Ivory Lane Gifting is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

6. Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Peak seasonal periods
  • Public holidays
  • Extreme weather events
  • Circumstances outside our control

While we take every reasonable step to meet requested delivery dates, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Alcohol Sales

Certain gift hampers may contain alcohol.

By purchasing alcohol-containing products, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • The recipient is at least 18 years of age.
  • Alcohol will not be supplied to a minor.

Ivory Lane Gifting reserves the right to refuse any order where we reasonably believe alcohol laws may be breached.

Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colours, and images.

Due to variations in monitors, photography, seasonal availability, and supplier changes:

  • Colours may vary slightly.
  • Packaging may vary.
  • Products may be substituted with items of equal or greater value where necessary.

10. Corporate Branding & Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, and text remain the property of Ivory Lane Gifting unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Customers supplying logos, trademarks, or artwork warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use such materials.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivory Lane Gifting shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of profits
  • Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of goods shall not exceed the value of the order purchased.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Bushfires
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Industrial disputes
  • Transport disruptions
